26th Commemoration: A Message of Support and Solidarity

On the occasion of the 26th commemoration of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda, Noam Schimmel, a human rights advocate and researcher dedicated to realizing the rights of Rwanda’s genocide survivors, has shared a message of support and a statement of solidarity with survivors.
Noam Schimmel is a Professorial Lecturer at the Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University and an Associate Fellow at the Centre for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism, McGill University Faculty of Law.
